Payment Methods

Full payment for tours, hotels, travel services can be done directly at our offices or your hotel in Vietnam

In-advance payments for some hotels, tours, tickets and other services can be done by one of the following ways:

Payment by Cash, Traveler Cheques or Credit Card at our office - (Applied if you are in Viet Nam)
Payment by Bank Transfer to our banks
Payment ONLINE by Credit card with Paypal - Recommended
Payment by Credit Card with Authorization letter - Recommended
Payment ONLINE by Credit card with Xoom
Payment by Money Gram and Western Union
Payment ONLINE by credit card with Money Bookers
Payment online by credit Card through 2Checkout
Payment by PayByCheck account

We accept major credit card

1. Payment by Cash, Traveler Cheques or Credit Card - (Applied if you are in Vietnam)

If you are in Vietnam, you can come to our office to settle the payment. Or our staff can come your office to do the contract/ issue the travel ticket and collect the money from you. If you are not in Hanoi, you can send money by post/ bank transfer

Except for cash payment, bank fees must be paid by customers for traveler cheques (2.0% of expenses) and credit card (3.0 % of expenses).

2. Payment by Bank Transfer to our banks

Except for cash payment, bank fee charge may apply (any bank charge must be borne by customers). Our bank account details are as follows:

3. Payment ONLINE by Credit card with - (Applied if you are not in Vietnam)

We accept major credit card (Visa, Master, Amex, Discover, E-check) for deposit tours/ hotels through paypal system (paypal security center). It is EASY and SAFE. Please ensure your have the card in your possession at the time of purchase since additional information present on the card will need to be provided.

Please note that Paypal fees (about 2.5-3.9% of total amount) will be charged on your account. It means you must add PayPal fees when you pay us through this secure Paypal system.

To reduce the complication for you, our customers, we will count this fees and add when asking for your Deposit or Payment.

Note: When either PayPal or Opentour has reason to believe that the payment you made is fraudulent, we reserve the right to hold your bookings and require another method of payment.

4. Payment by Credit Card with Authorization letter

We accept VISA, MARTER CARD. Please note that there is a surcharge 3% of the bank fee for Visa and Master card payment. Kindly follow the following instructions to complete the payment process. After receiving your, we will send you an invoice for your accounting purpose by fax or email.

Print out the Form of Authorization letter (download form) and fill out all required information.

Please enclose: one copy paper of the credit card (both side) and one copy of the passport (first page) with identify and photo.

Print out the Letter of Approval (download form) and fill out all required information (except the date)

Note: Deposits are over 1000usd (for security), pls print out more the Terms & conditions (download form) and fill out all required information and then send us via email/ or Fax

Xoom Online Money Transfer: We are currently accept payment through Xoom because of its prompt and simple procedure. A few positive things about Xoom service are:

The sign-up process is very quick and easy.
Sending money is also relatively simple. Just provide full recipient’s information.
You can send money using your Paypal account. Or, via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discovery).
Sender’s fees are quite reasonable.
